I have a problem with these vaccinations being mandated in order for our kids to go to public or private school and daycare. I believe we should have the rights to our own bodies and our children. These vaccinations are destroying the health of our youth. They are way too many too soon in our state. We are the sickest state in the U.S. Other states have the choice to vaccinate or not to vaccinate. This should be left up to the parent as they know their child better than the government or the state department of health. Please help us get this bill passed so we can have our health rights back.

My son recently suffered from a vaccination he received after his first birthday. I was only doing what I thought was right for him and knew he had to have these vaccinations for school. After watching him suffer in pain, it made me look more into our mandated vaccine schedule that has tripled since the 80's. If there are so many side affects, shouldn't I have the right to choose what if my child should have these vaccinations? How could I possibly comply and allow my child have more vaccinations in order to go to public school in our state? This doesn't make any sense. We need health freedom. Please hear us and change this law. I beg you to open your heart and see how all these vaccinations are ruining the health of our youth. We need a choice.

Thank you for being considerate of parents and their rights to make decisions about what is injected in their children's little bodies. I want to decide for myself what is best for the children God gave me to care for and protect. As of right now, I have no options but to do as I'm told or homeschool. Please help loosen these strict laws and put our children's health and safety back into the hands of their parents.

My baby suffered from the MMR vaccine. We need a choice in our state concerning what is going into our kid's bodies. Every single child is different. Some, like my precious Kipton simply can not tolerate these vaccinations. Please hear our voices. This one size fits all approach is not working for our children.

I am my child's parent! God has entrusted their lives to me! I should be able to decide what enters their bodies and what does not... With no government interference or penalty. I assure you, I love them more than you do!

Parents deserve the right to choose. It's not sensible to have the legal right to murder an innocent baby in the womb, but no choice in whether or not to vaccinate your children. This is a personal decision for all parents to be able to make and not be prohibited from schools because we want what we know is best for our children!!

I've agree that children should be vaccinated. But I also believe parents should have the right to work out a safe alternative vaccine schedule with there doctor. I've seen and read of children having fatal reactions to some of the vaccinations because of having them to early. There immune systems weren't strong enough to handle the vaccine at such an early age. We all want to protect our children. As the parent we should have that right.

Infants are not equipped to fight the amount of chemicals that are being pumped into their little bodies....let alone adults. There needs to be reform for vaccines and there also needs to be a homeopathic option of vaccines available for those parents that chose that route. I fear for my grandson and future grandchildren. I am not anti-vaccine. I am anti what is being put into the vaccine, such as aborted fetal cells and thimiserol (mercury), that I believe is causing the skyrocketing incidences of autism and other neurological problems, as well as juvenile diabetes and other diseases . If this wasn't so there would be no need for the vaccine injury fund. If nothing else there should be a religious exemption based on the use of aborted babies being used as the medium for growing what goes into the vaccine. I am a 61-year-old female. I had both types of measles and chickenpox as a child and everyone considered this "normal." Polio is a serious disease, I know, but the batch of vaccine I received had the SV-40 cancer virus in it which is just now being disclosed to the public. In 2010 I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma which just happens to be one of the cancers possibly caused by the polio vaccine of the 50's. Parents should have the right to make the choice to vaccinate their own children. Pharmaceutical companies (and the CDC) should not be trusted. They have been caught in too many lies that are affecting the lives of our most precious resource - our children. Thank you for your time. I encourage you to support vaccine choice for the parents of Mississippi children.

Informed consent is a medical right. Forced vaccination is against our rights. We own our bodies and need to have the right to choose what medical procedures will be done and what medical procedures will not.

Vaccines should be a choice. If your children are vaccinated then why worry if other children aren't. If you're concerned then your vaccines aren't working in the first place. Quit injecting our babies and children with botched vaccines laced with aluminum and mercury! We have a right to decide what is best for our children. Not you.

Before having children, as a single woman, I began looking into vaccinations and doing my own research. I am not a doctor, but I have surrounded myself with people who are and listened to the pros and the cons of both sides... now a mother of two precious boys I made an INFORMED decision not to vaccinate while living the state of Alabama. I could go on and on with my list of reasons, but I will not here. I recently wanted to relocate back to Mississippi to be near my church family, friends, and support system so I made the shift and now an employee of the beautiful of City of Ridgeland. I love this community, I am involved in many levels of it, and now even as a servant of the people by being a city employee. It is my heart to be a voice for other parents out there who want the ability and power to CHOOSE what is best for their child in regards to their health. I am hoping before my toddlers enter school you will see the issue for what it is and give the power back to whom it belongs to...US the parents. From the day we find out we are pregnant or know we are going to adopt we do research into breast fed vs. formula, if formula what brands and ingredients, cloth or disposable diapers, which doctor to use, and so forth and so forth... so why is THIS issue now also in our capable power to choose. If a woman can choose to end a life because this government recognizes that child as a part of her body...surely a woman who chooses life to give their child the best chance is more than capable to make decisions best for them in regards of their health as well.
